Dispatch of items
We process orders and dispatch the same day on all orders placed before 4pm(GMT). Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following working day.
You are able to choose which delivery service you prefer (or collect in store) at checkout, all charges are calculated by weight. Please be aware of your delivery option details:
Recorded deliveries-UK (from £3.95)
Should arrive within 2 to 4 working days following the date of dispatch. This service will require a signature on delivery. This service is insured and covered up to the value of the item. You will be provided with the parcel tracking number to allocate it’s status.
Standard delivery-UK (small letter from 75p/ small parcel from £2.75)
Should arrive within 3 to 6 working days following the date of dispatch. This service does NOT include insurance. If parcel gets lost in the post this is NOT thesho-case’s responsibility. However we will provide proof of postage and try our best to resolve the issue if it does arise.
Airsure EU & Worldwide Trackable
Should arrive within 2-6 working days following the date of dispatch. . This service is insured and covered up to the value of the item. You will be provided with the parcel tracking number to allocate it’s status
Airsure® receives priority handling in the UK and abroad and is generally a day faster than standard Airmail. Airsure® travels through a separate and secure network. Proof of posting is provided as standard. Royal Mail Track & Trace provides peace of mind by tracking the item up to the point of delivery and providing delivery confirmation online. Secure and free of charge return of undelivered items. Although Airsure® is not a guaranteed service, Royal Mail works closely with its overseas partners to continuously improve quality of service and reliability of Track & Trace information.
Airmail EU
Should arrive within 3-7 working days following the date of dispatch. This service does NOT include insurance and cannot be tracked via Royal Mail. If parcel gets lost in the post this is NOT thesho-case’s responsibility. However we will provide proof of postage and try our best to resolve the issue if it does arise.
Airmail Worldwide
Should arrive within 5-7 working days following the date of dispatch. This service does NOT include insurance and cannot be tracked via Royal Mail. If parcel gets lost in the post this is NOT thesho-case’s responsibility. However we will provide proof of postage and try our best to resolve the issue if it does arise.
Returns
If you change your mind or item purchased is unsuitable you can return this to us within 14 days of purchase date. Firstly please contact us to let us know. The item must be in a resalable condition and in any original undamaged packaging. In this situation delivery postage costs can not be refunded.
Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case that the error was at the fault of us or damaged through the postal system.

Once item is received in a satisfactory condition we will authorise a credit note for the cost of the item paid for.
Faulty Item
In the event that you are dissatisfied with your order due to a manufacturing fault or have been sent the wrong item you can return this by post and you will be refunded the full cost of the item paid and any postage charge - or given a credit note for an exchange if available.
