What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Paypal online. (you do not need a paypal account if paying via card)

Although if you would like to pay directly over the phone please call us on 02920 485 334 during trading hours and we can process your payment. We currently accept Visa, Debit, MasterCard & American Express
 

Do I need a Paypal account?
No, you don't need to have a Paypal account to pay for your order, you can use a Debit/Credit card via Paypal's payment system.

How does Paypal work?
We use PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
 

Do you have more items in store/gallery?
We do! If you have seen something online but it has sold out or you would like more options available you can always call us or email us with your enquiry and we will do our best to help.
We also have many other products and artworks in the gallery which aren't necesarily always available online, if you can make it, then it’s worth a visit.

My purchase arrived damaged, what do I do?
If things should go wrong for any reason, here is what you do. Firstly please contact us to let us know. All damaged or defective items must be returned with the original receipt and in the condition in which you received it. Please return it right away so we can send you a replacement if available, or refund. (more details in T&C)
 

How do refunds work?
We will refund you in the same payment method used in your purchase and will email you with notification of this. We will credit you as soon as the returned goods reach us, providing they are in re-sellable condition.(more details on returns in T&C)
